As our New Year approaches and the Passover draws near, I began to reminisce about my family's first Passover Celebration. My husband and I had driven about a 145 miles to my mother-in-law's house. We arrived just in time to cook a meal and set the table. We honestly didn't keep it properly that first year, but we tried. And each year since then, we've prepared earlier and better.
