Well this list below of 5 healthy snacks to improve your memory is right for you. Click the links to check out unique recipes to try out.

Oranges
Oranges are filled with Vitamin C and as a bonus they are juicy and sweet. "Vitamin C helps prevent brain cells from becoming damaged and supports overall brain health." Slice up an orange and enjoy. It's as easy as that!

Walnuts
Walnuts are my favorite type of nut. Walnuts are high in DHA which "has been shown to protect brain health in newborns, improve cognitive performance in adults, and prevent or ameliorate age-related cognitive decline." If you look at a walnut, you may notice that it actually looks like a brain!
Turmeric
Turmeric is a vibrant yellow powder with a strong flavor. "Turmeric may have the ability to boost memory function, reduce brain fog, and enhance overall cognition." I wouldn't suggest that eat turmeric by itself but you could add it to a smoothie as a refreshing treat.

Broccoli
"The green cruciferous veggie is known to have antiamnesic properties, which means it works towards preserving your memory." Broccoli the tree veggie is a food I've recently fell in love with. Not only does broccoli look cool but it is also tasty dipped in ranch or steamed with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

Blueberries
"Blueberries are rich in antioxidants and because of this they help in "boosting brain cells and increasing concentration and focus." A pop of juicy goodness is a treat for anytime. I love adding them to breakfast cereals, smoothies, muffins, or just simply eating a handful just for fun.
